4 Loop FIBC's cross corner

Why a 4 loop FIBC's cross-corner?

Characteristics
In addition to the bags with loops fixed in the four corners, we produce a range of FIBCs with loops going across the corners. They are fixed by lockstitch to the body of the bags. If needed, a patch can be sewn onto the belts to get a better distribution of forces between carrying belts and bags.

Advantage
Many types of these belts are rather stiff or can be reinforced to stand up on the bag, so the forklift driver can enter the tines into loops without additional help holding up the loops.
Many of our cross-corner FIBCs are made from circular fabric with interwoven reinforcements (double warp tapes) so with proper sewing we quite easily reach S.W.L. 1500 kg, SF 6:1 for UN-coded bags.
Bags made out of circular fabric with cross-corner loops have no side seams and can withstand drop-tests and high vertical pressure, when bags are stacked many layers high.
