Q-Bags
We produce Q-bags since about 13 years in ever increasing numbers, between 250.000 and 400.000 pcs. annually. Our design is very simple, but effective and the bags stay really square or rectangular throughout the full height.
Our Q-bag is designed to have rather rigid baffles across the corners, with die-cut holes in them to allow the flow of material. These baffles are sewn into the side-panels of the FIBC with chainstitch-seams and filler-cords to make the FIBC sift-proof even under pressure and stress.

We produce our Q-bags in many shapes and sizes, but the most common are:
- 97 x 97 cm x height
- 105 x 105 cm x height
- 75 x 110 x height (for EURO-pallets)
We deliver Q-bags mostly coated, siftproof or super siftproof with a soft PP-multifilament
filler-twine between the layers. Q-bags can also be made breathable from uncoated fabric,
or from coated sandwich-fabric (coating between 2 layers of PP-cloth).
We also make fully conductive Q-bags out of sandwich-material (conductive inside and
outside of the bag).
As the baffles give additional reinforcement in a drop-test, we have succeeded to produce
Y-coded UN-bags (120 cm drop-test) for toxic waste, also flame-retardant coated for mine
deposits, where it is very important to save space, as the depositing fees are very high.
Generally a saving in transport or storage space of around 30 % can be achieved with
our square or rectangular bags.
Bags with safe working loads of 2.000 kg and SF 6:1 can be delivered.
