Mulox

Ecotainer Mulox
Chemical and minerals processors told us about unacceptable waste from spillage and container breakage. Our engineers responded by designing the strongest, safest bags on the market.

For those applications where exceptional quality and strength are paramount, Storsackgroup offers a special circular weave of reinforced heavy duty UV treated polypropylene fabric.

Storsackgroup weaves special multi-filament, high tenacity polypropylene, with additional weaving and yarns concentrated in eight vertical stress-bearing bands (or tramlines) into the body fabric. Substantial high-strength webbing in a variety of widths is attached across the corners and onto the tramlines allowing the loops the rigidity to stand open. Only the Storsack Mexico location secures the lifting straps to the body reinforcements using super-strong box and cross-tacking attachments

Lifting strength: Lifting weight is distributed down the length of the tramlines, effectively utilizing the entire body of the bag.

Transportation/handling benefits: Lift loops stay upright, eliminating the extra time required to slide loops over forklift tines, an effort that usually requires an additional person.

Benefits
Eliminates fabric bursting and spillage: Circular bags have far fewer seams than traditional multi-panel bags. Bulk bags have a tendency to fail at the seams when under intense or unexpected stress. Less seams result in reduced rip, tear and fail potential making an Ecotainer Mulox bag a safer bag for many applications.

The Ecotainer Mulox woven polypropylene fabric comes in weights of 6.5 oz or 8 oz. Available as an uncoated breathable tight weave, or coated with a lamination of polypropylene. While acting as a waterproof moisture barrier, this coating also serves as effective containment for fine powdered products prone to sifting. The extruded coating also enhances the overall strength of the fabric.
