Core Business Kashmir Polytex limited (KPL) established its first plant at Mirpur A.K. in 1986, for manufacturing Polypropylene Woven Sacks for sugar / fertilizer of 50 kgs. packaging and fabric with the famous extrusion line supplied by Windmoller & Holscher and 25 Austrian looms (Starlinger) with a capacity to produce 15 million bags per annum.
Second Plant at Gadoon Amazai, NWFP, Pakistan was established in 1992 with the latest German / Austrian plant & machinery to produce 18 million 50 kgs bags per annum.
KPL Entered into technical and marketing collaboration with Storsack UK Limited in 1998 and fully converted Gadoon plant into manufacturing of FIBC’s (Jumbo Bags) to produce about 4000 bags per day. The production is mainly for export, but as a licencee KPL is successfuly developing a significant local market in their own right.
KPL offer Jumbo Bags that meet our customer requirement at very competitive price. Our quality product provide modern and efficient way of packing, handling , storage and transport of lumpy and very fine material in bulk quantities such as fertilizer, cement, sand, mineral, grains, feeds etc. These bags are available in different types and style such as single, double and four loops bags with or without filliong and discharge spouts and are designed to attain 5:1 safety factor, with capacities ranging from SWL 500 to 2000 kgs from heavy duty polypropylene material. |
